Epicurean Atlanta Welcomes New Beverage Manager
Brian White brings decades of experience and expertise to the culinary-focused hotel
ATLANTA (June 29, 2023) – Epicurean Atlanta welcomes Brian White as its new beverage manager. A seasoned sommelier with over 25 years in the hospitality industry, White joins his new role to oversee the operations and administration of beverage programs, including inventory management, procurement, menu planning, staff training, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

In his new role, White will be responsible for creating a unique wine experience that will invite guests and visitors to discover new flavors and serve to elevate the hotel’s food and beverage programming. Working closely with Executive Chef Henry Tapia, White will also be curating wine lists and pairing menus that will complement the cuisine of Epicurean Atlanta’s three dining concepts, Reverence, The Office Bar and Aerial Kitchen & Bar.

White brings a wealth of hospitality knowledge to Epicurean Atlanta, as a certified sommelier from the Court of the Master Sommeliers with decades of experience working in stand-alone restaurants, private clubs, hotels, and luxury senior living. He has received several recognitions, including Best Sommelier in Atlanta from Taste of Atlanta and Sommelier of the Year from Wines of Portugal in 2018. White previously held the title as food and beverage director of Corso Atlanta, as well as the sommelier for The Ritz-Carlton Atlanta, The Tasting Room Restaurant and Wine Bar, Murphy’s Restaurant, and Capital City Club in Brookhaven.
